Commissioned by Immobel, the Black Pearl is located at the heart of the European district in Brussels and was designed by Art & Build to obtain the higher BREEAM 'Excellent' certification. Gabari was selected by Immobel to brand this project, create the marketing material and produce a film.

A beautiful white tower located on the edge of a park, in the cosmopolitan north of Antwerp and in walking distance from the trendy cafés and the recently opened Museum Aan De Stroom (MAS). For that kind of project, we decided to raise the bar up a notch....this time with a two months long campaign in cinema's across town.

Located in Luxembourg, this exceptional project deserved the world's best 3D visuals in order to entice potential clients.

With a clear briefing from the client, we carefully selected the appropriate furniture and as with a physical photo shoot, the right camera positions and light conditions were chosen to achieve the most attractive results.
