Green Hill

Located in Luxembourg, this exceptional project deserved the world's best 3D visuals in order to entice potential clients.

With a clear briefing from the client, we carefully selected the appropriate furniture and as with a physical photo shoot, the right camera positions and light conditions were chosen to achieve the most attractive results.

We produced these high-level 3D images to illustrate the exclusiveness of this project and the uniqueness of the view offered by these apartments on the banks of the Schelde, in Antwerp. The designer furniture and the choice of lighting were selected to create an atmosphere of luxury. Finally, these images have been printed in ads running in different exclusive magazines.

They needed vibrant presentations for the competitions they were taking part in and our close involvement resulted in some incredibly photorealistic 3D images, enabling our clients to attractively communicate their projects to jury and public alike.

Today’s new kitchens offer plenty of options in terms of finish and add-ons. With limited showroom space and marketing budgets, it’s hard to illustrate the various designs and materials available in a real-life setting. Based on this high-end manufacturers’ specifications we created extremely detailed and photo-realistic images which proved to be cost-effective marketing tools.

From brochure visuals to HD video commercials, powerful 3D imagery has become essential to jump-start sales for projects who are yet to be built. As such, Immpact asked us to design an apartment interior in 3D for their latest project in central Antwerp. We produced multi-angle day & night shots, which we later used in our designs for the sales brochure and print ad campaign.

For a potential buyer, the understanding of exactly what he is about to buy is the cornerstone of a healthy transaction. Furnished 3D plans enable the candidate homeowner to grasp an apartment layout immediately and avoid the confusion that can be generated by the complexity of old fashioned floor plans.

The purpose of this project was to boost the pace of sales of three buildings still under construction and located in one area. We designed catchy and modern looking interiors in tune with Immpact’s target audience. We then integrated those visuals into various media such as flyers, print ads, web banners, etc. Some potential buyers called to actually visit these “apartments”!
